Ok for a night When we arrived at the hotel staff was helpful and knowledgable, the hotel had a general musty smell which was stronger inside the room. The room had no toilet paper at all, it was quickly resolved by the front desk. We used the side door very often due to its access to parking. It stunk very badly of what I could only describe as curry. I informed the desk when I checked out and they seemed surprised.

check your room key We stayed here for two nights and thngs were OK. On the morning of our departure I took some of our cargo to the car. When I got back to the room, I found that my card-with-the-magnetic-stripe-that-passes-for-a-key wouldn't work, and neither would the 2nd card we had been given. On check-out I mentioned it to the clerk and she seemed not at all surprised and in fact automatically reactivated the cards even though I told her we were checking out. Always a good stay Stayed Christmas night. Have stayed at this hotel several times and the place is very consistently good. Never had a problem, clean, friendly and convenient. Highly recommend it and the price is always reasonable. Speedy check in and quick check out.

Extended Stay Hotel in West Mifflin, PA The hotel staff was terrific. The rooms were of poor quality with the bed mattress stained and we found sex lubricant under the bed left by the previous tenants. Not a very good experience by any standards.

very very good hotel the people that work there are great This the 3rd time i have stayed at this hotell it is very close to everything i want to do as i have friends who live in McKeesport and White oak. The staff at this hotel is always eager to help you in any way they can.I am planning to stay there again next year

Wonderful staff, poor location Having grown up in West Mifflin, I guess I was completely shocked by how after being away for the past 10 years how bad the community looks. Dont get me wrong, I never felt unsafe or there wasnt enough to see or do, it's just that the whole area looks and feels very old now. The hotel was fine. The staff was super with me and my family. Surprising!!! It was just as comfortable as The Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn, Marriott , or the pricier ones. I recommend it and the staff was so pleasant and helpful.
