Good Hotel, needs to be smoke-free This is a very nice hotel and I was pleased. I booked two rooms hoping they had adjoining rooms. However, they didn't have the option available, but because of the price of the rooms, I really couldn't complain. The only problem I had was one room stunk of cigarette smoke and I had to leave the exhaust fan on in the bathroom the entire stay or the entire room smelled of smoke. Basic place to sleep for a few days First room didn't have working internet or phone. 2nd room smelled of smoke. It was suposed to be a non-smoking room. 3rd room was okay. No amenities such as pool or work-out room. Beds were hard as a rock. Room was clean and furnished with basics for a long stay. TV was old technology, but had Showtime. They charge extra for wifi access, but the charge is reasonable. Room rate was very reasonable.

Great for the money! For the price I thought I was going to get something sort of scary and maybe in a bad neighborhood. I was staying alone so I was concerned. It was nice! I felt very safe! The lobby was really cute. The chices in the vending machine were sort of limited. I had Suzy Q's for breakfast. The front desk had a takeout menu for the Applebee's nearby. That was helpful and convient! Rooms were dated but still ok. Bed was a touch hard. Kitchen would be very helpful. I didn't need it. Hotel sort of had an odd smell.... read more

Extended Stay West Mifflin We were pleased with the accomodations. However, it took an hour to get a cab to go into the South Side. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

Not a 5-Star but great value for the money. Convenient, clean but lacking some normal amenities. Had to ask for shampoo and dishwasher liquid (it was an efficiency Apt. as I think all ESA rooms are). Room and beds clean which is important and it was near a large shopping mall if one needed anything. Conversely, it afforded a place to do some shopping in idle time.

Just an avaerage room Hotel wasn't exactly what I was expecting based on room description. Room was just average, but it served its purpose.
