Good Room for the Money The room met all my needs, my only gripe, was how difficult it was to get from the hotel to downtown Pittsburgh. Otherwise this was a good hotel.
Outstanding Hotel The hotel was outstanding. I was satisfied in every aspect, The clerks were pleasant and helpful. Most of the stores were in walking. That is if you like to walk. It was worth the money I paid. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great for traveling with baby We had a room on the first floor. It had a convenient secure entrance (not thru the lobby). The kitchenette was nice. It would have been great to have a regular size coffee pot or daily coffee packets available. We were staying for three nights and asked for 4 packets but they would only give us two and told us to come back again each evening for the next morning.
Good value Close to everything and enjoyed the Gym
The room smelled horribly of a wet dog! The pillows and sheets smelled there is mold around the shower stall, stains on the counter and just horrible looking

Heat in the room did not work well, it was cold. There was mold on some of the furniture.

Terrible. No heat
