Ok The hotel is set back a ways from the street without easy-to-see signage--just turn in at the Best Buy parking lot and you'll be fine (I passed it the first time.) There wasn't anything really wrong with my accommodations. Room was clean and decently maintained, bed was comfortable enough. But this is certainly a no-frills operation. No housekeeping service if the stay is less than 7 days (which I'm fine with actually).
