The hotel didn’t get notification of the booking so I woke up the front desk staff. There was a dirty washcloth hung on the shower curtain.

Thank you for the review. It sounds like you may have checked in after our office was closed. We have office hours of 6 am-11 pm daily. After hours we can still assist as were are still onsite 24 hours a day. I will also address any cleanliness concerns with my team. I appreciate your feedback.
Ook voor een langer bedrijf aan te raden Wij hebben het er zeer naar onze zin gehad. Kamers zijn goed uitgerust met complete keuken en uitstekend bed. Realiseer je dat er geen ontbijtruimte is; bij de balie kun je muffins halen, koffie en thee. En de kamer wordt niet elke dag schoongemaakt, bij ons na 4 dagen. Dagelijks is ook nergens voor nodig. Plezierig is dat het hotel/motel rustig is gelegen dus weinig lawaai 's nachts mits je de enorme airco uitzet. De gehorigheid in het gebouw is redelijk goed. Het is gemakkelijk te v... read more

I have stayed at many different Extended Stays and this was the best one so far. but my room was at the end of the stairs and the noise at night from people dragging luggage upstairs woke me up.
