The friendly service, cleanliness, and helpfulness and the size of the room
Hard beds thin walls non existant breakfast
A nice quiet stay, very relaxing.
Not what we expected. When checking in we were advised that the room we purchased was still dirty and offered a different room type. We had to move the bed a bit to get to an outlet for a Cpap machine, once the bed was moved we could clearly see lots of dog hair and bits of garbage. The beds were a little stiff but comfortable enough, nothings like your bed at home.
