better training for employees Was not amused that this site did not take cash unless you stayed for six days or more and the front desk lady didn't know about payment upon check-in or check-out

It was a difficult time due to the local weather. This place was familiar and close to my work location, and the front desk staff was doing a great job under some rather trying circumstances. there were a few bumps in the road but the staff made things easy for me, and I really appreciated all their efforts. Good peeps!

Very surprising to have no coffee available, especially for extended stay? Most hotels have some sort of coffe maker in each room. Also, could only get lukewarm shower.

Extended Greatness This is a place I've stayed every winter since 2002.It near my work and the service is always, always amazing! Super friendly staff, always clean and comfortable and I've never had a problem.
