Room, cost & service good but a basket of muffins and a cup of coffee are not what I consider a breakfast.

not too bad, but... Tough crowd in the parking lot...pretty much 24/7. Its typical of greater Portland's housing problem

Liked the location for my purposes. the only draw back for me was the "breakfast included" clause--a prepared muffin and granola bar was not what was expecting :(

I thought it was a great location for me!. Close to lots of restaurants and on my to see my family. I liked that although it was close to a "busy" street it was set way back from all of that and was quiet.
