Basic, clean and comfortable Kitchen utensils and dryer you check out at the desk. It isn't the Four Seasons but you do get a great value at a great location. The coffee is good and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, dry and warm.

Clean but very poor breakfast... Clean room and comfort bed,but very poor breakfast.... Have to rent every appliances(hair drier,pot.....) at the front desk.

However, I am sorry for the inconvenience of not having the dishes and hair dryer in the room. As a company, two years ago, ESA decided to remove these items from the room so our guests could customize their stay. I am sorry if this caused any inconvenience. Thank you again for your review. Very convenient and quick access to the highway A nice area and seems pretty well kept up!
Nice stay for the money Basic room,clean and comfortable. Not many amenities. For an extended stay it was fine.

Rudest staff ever! But nice room The room was big, comfy, and affordable. The staff from beginning to end were god awful! I've never encountered such rude hotel staff before this stay.

Spacious and comfortable Close to shopping and restaurant. Stayed only one night on our way home.
