Good. Quite what I was expecting I stayed for 1 week because of work. It's not fancy, but it's what I was expecting. Very clean. It does not have a gym or a restaurant, because is not their business strategy. One thing that could be implemented is having a small breakfast for the guests, at least offer some fruits, coffee and water.

Extended Stay in Beaverton - close to busines The facility is close to shopping and business locations. It's quiet and a good value. Although the rooms aren't equipped with hair dryers, this convenience is available at the front desk. There is a charge for internet access, and no breakfast is included in the price, but given the cost difference between other similar lodging, I'm happy picking up my own breakfast!

Off main road and quiet This hotel has the basics of what you need in a room. The price is low and it is located close to my work. The only real complaint is the hallway going to my non-smoking room had very strong cigarette odors.

Extended Stay Hotel Service was great, but there was a disturbing smoke smell in the hall ways.

Overall Good.... Overall good, we did need more soap but they let us checkout 30 min later since there checkout is 11.

Very clean and comfortable room. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Extended Stay America Portland-Beaverton. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants were close by. Excellent location in Beaverton. I highly recommend this hotel.
