A little above average. Very nice staff. Stayed for 3 nights. Was clean, good parking, close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and good free coffee.
Room is good for the price Chair was a bit dusty. Fan in bathroom and dish washer didn't work.
good choice for the Hillsboro/Beaverton axis parking is well lit and safe... Shower controller is ridiculous and Im a mechanical engineer

nice hotel central location Extended stay is a fairly low cost suite style chain of hotels. A good sized room with kitchenette and full size fridge makes it an awesome room for the money. There are other hotel choices not far away - but not at this price point... you will pay almost double to stay at them. The staff was very helpful, the room very clean.
8 night stay Our room was comfortable. Hotel in great location - through parking lot to Starbucks, food, across street from shopping and multiple eating places. Great, well kept outdoor pool with towels for guests. Had some trouble with our toilet handle and fixed immediately. Nice, large laundry room and multiple washers/dryers. Know that you have to empty your own trash and ask for linen change as it is an extended stay. Full kitchen, table, sofa and recliner in living room area. Would stay again!
