We were staying for 4 days. On second day the room did not clean up. It was uncommon to us. Of course staff said to us about a rules. We could not swim in the pool, is was so cold. We want a hot spa for swimming. The staffs were so kind.

Good location but no daily cleaning Surprised by stuck toilet on day one. Surprised on day two by lack of hot breakfast. No kitchen apparently and so only muffins and snack bars for breakfast.

great family room Was quite comfortable for the 4 nights we stayed. Loved the full size fridge. Wished the room was cleaned every day. Had to pay $5-$10 for house keeping. Would stay any time.

nice place. Really nice place just wish they woulD come in and give clean towels when your staying for a few days. For this price you think they would come in and replace towels and make beds at least.

Needs cleaning and better amenities. The entire hotel smelled like smoke...no amenities in the room. When asked they arrived wrapped in plastic bags....an extra blanket was covered in something smelly and sticky...unfortunately still had to ask for dishwasher soap and coffee...not even a soap dish was available. Breakfast was fruit and a small muffin...pkgd oats for oatmeal.
