Excellent location for a value hotel Stayed here over Thanksgiving holiday. Friendly staff and prompt service. Excellent location, near shopping and restaurants, also close the MAX and freeway (but not so close to freeway as to be noisy). Room smelled musty and was smaller than other Extended Stays that I have been to. Air conditioner/ heater unit was right next to bed with very little clearance between the 2 and would blow air directly onto the person sleeping on that side of the bed. Would likely stay again for the price.
Very nice place I found it very comfortable and clean. I thought the counter staff could have done better to explain the amenities of the hotel. That would have given her a better rating. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Hotel experience was nice except the person on the 2nd floor above me was stumping his feet from 1:30 to 6:00 am keep waking me up all night.
Okay place The hotel is at a good location, close to shopping and restaurants. There is no daily room service, unless you request and pay extra. In my room, the thermostat control was not working properly and was not resolved. Good thing the weather was not too cold and hotel had the new vinyl windows. Breakfast...nothing worth to write about.
Great Night Away Although we were only here for one night, the hotel was very clean, rooms updated, and staff very friendly. We needed a couple of things (cups, silverware) and from the time that we called to the front desk to the time that we received it was about 3 min!! Very friendly front desk staff. The breakfast was nothing to write home about - apples, oranges, prepackaged muffins and granola bars, oatmeal and coffee. close to main road and shopping center Excellent Hotel and Service ! Staff was helpful and friendly.
Not Happy Not really happy left a very expensive pillow in my room. Called 5 different times , just to be put on hold and forgotten. Then we I finally got someone to look , the pillow didn't make it to the lost and found. Go figure,,,,,,
