DON'T BE LATE We were rushed to get there even though we offered to pay the room in full prior to getting there. We were really surprised that even if you paid ahead of time to the hotel, they still wouldn't hold your room if you didn't make it there by the cut-off time. This hotel is our halfway point home from our son's college. DON'T BE LATE! We've stayed here about 4-5 times already and have never had an issue.
