The location is great and check-in/check-out was easy I requested a step-in shower but ended up with a tub one. That is more of a challenge with the kids slipping. the lady who checked us in was so kind and accommodating to my kids

Wonderful Staff needs to be more friendly and welcoming. They look like they don't seem to smile or acknowledge customers. Hotel room can open the window. So cooking makes it impossible to not let the alarm go off. Safe area, plenty of parking, clean and new facilities. They are pet friendly!!!
