Wonderful If I had to changed anything it would be the grab and go breakfast. It did not meet my expectation but I would definitely stay again. I had a great experience during my stay at this Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Augusta. The staff was great and very friendly. The beds were so comfortable. The room and bathroom was very cleaned.

Recommend every time The air would randomly cut off; for those that sleep with a fan or some type of noise it was hard to sleep in complete silence. The room was way nicer than I had expected, beds were very comfortable with enough pillows, it had a very nice little kitchen with a glass top stove. Bathroom was very nice and clean. The whole place was clean and would 100% recommend.
We thought the staff were very nice and we were pleased with our room. Overall, we had a nice stay. Before we left in the morning, we let the staff know that the bathroom sink needed to be unclogged. It took awhile for the water to go down the drain. They said they would get someone in to look at it promptly. The location was perfect for us. The room was clean and modern. It was quiet also. The building seems fairly new and is located near Doctor's Hospital complex.

My request was honored.upon booking online. Serena acknowledged and fulfilled! That speaks" volume. All was good but, Fresh juices would be great. Toast would be a plus Cereal & milk......ummmm!! No complaints the area was clean. The lady at My checking in was friendly and smiling....acknowledged Me when I came through the door with a lovely smile. .....coffee!! The worker knew I was sleepy and trying to be alert...She suggested some coffee!

One night stay, it serve its purpose. The place was new and clean however it was very sterile. The hotel room only had towels and 1 soap bar, nothing else. The kitchenette was empty, no utensils, etc. Breakfast was minimal, doughnuts and coffee, terrible ! The hotel is newer and the room was clean.
