Will definitely stay again. Awesome stay at this hotel! The staff are tremendously helpful and friendly. You can tell this is a newer hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The only “complaint” is the shower. The water was not very hot, and the pressure is pretty low. Other than that, absolutely no issues. We will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed three nights in this hotel while we visited Hilton Head Island. We had our Rottie with us as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Some accommodations like the continental breakfast were not available due to Covid, but the staff provided us with plenty of towels, dishes when needed, and a hair dryer. Quiet property, clean all around. When we come back to Hilton Head, we will stay here.

Not what we expected. The hotel was clean, but that’s as far as the good comments go. No breakfasts. No housekeeping unless you want to pay an extra charge every day. Unfriendly staff. Overpriced vending and laundry machines. We will not be back.

It a new hotel. I arrived late at night expecting my room is ready but after I check in open the door I realize the room was not ready. The bed wasn’t made. Room didn’t clean. I have to go down to the lobby to check in another room. Besides that everything was great. Love the fact it had a full kitchen ,hard wood floor. During this pandemic I can wipe and spray the floor. No room service during my stay but I figured because of everyone safety. Only one ice machine in the lobby.

The hotel was very nice, located in a very nice area. The staff was friendly and professional. However, the guest above us seemed to be bowling every night. Through the great majority of the night it seemed they were running around the room and bowling. Both nights were got very little sleep. It was horrible.

Above and beyond! The place was only 2 months since it was newly built, everything smells fresh and new. The place feels home, clean and comfy. The service, from the manger to all employees are top of the line.

Wife is super picky about hotels to the point she usually brings her own sheets. SHE SLEPT ON THE SHEETS PROVIDED HERE INSTEAD. Rooms were super clean and freshly renovated. Very nice addition to see a full size fridge. All new furniture and flooring also. 10/10 would stay here again.
