First experience @ ESA I rented 2 rooms, one for my bosses and one for myself. i was travelling with my dog, which was convenient that you allow them, however i had by far the smallest room i have ever stayed in, in the United States. There was no hairdryer, no dishes included (could've requested them, i found out on the last day) The coffee, was not made correctly(Human error) It had the grounds IN the caraffe/ server someone must've forgot the filter. Graduation Trip Good clean hotel. The breakfast is very minimal!
Room was totally not what I expected. Had people stomping around in the middle of the night & when we asked for the quiet time to be enforced it got even worse. The hotel was short-staffed, so we didn’t get the room cleaned up at all & it took 30 minutes to check-out because the poor manager was helping with cleaning up rooms

It was a very bare-bones residence inn. There’s no doors on the cabinets or closet in the room, there is no equipment whatsoever in the room. You can request a coffee maker, toaster, etc. from the front desk. There’s no breakfast service. They offer granola bars and yogurt.
