You had to request to have items in your room that would normally be supplied - coffee pot, cups, creamer etc. Also did not have a hair dryer in the room. Due to this, I think they short staff the front desk as they are regularly helping guests. It's a newer Hotel, so hoping they are still working on their setup.

Thank you This is our second stay. We love it! We are often in Boise to visit family and the Meridian hotel is so close to our family. Also love thst its near to a gas station and shopping. Zach was so friendly and helpful, had us checked so quick. We will continue to stay at this hotel.

The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. The people in the room above me kept me awake until 2am. They were jumping around and making all kinds of noise.
