A Good place to stay
The property was very clean and in a vast and upcoming area of southern Cleveland. Dining and shopping ootions were plentiful. The rooms were nice and spacious. Extended Stay has come a long way. The room that I got fir the price that 3 paid was unbeatable.
The employees at the front desk were friendly and pleasant every time I encountered them. I dislike that the entrance has a very large curb-like bump. It was jarring for both me and my car. The bed was super comfy, the suite was clean and well-stocked with coffee, towels, an extra blanket, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was in good condition, the elevator was sturdy and clean, and the halls were clean.
Had some issues… We love the set-up - suites allow us to spread out and enjoy home away from home. The area the hotel is in was quiet and had a safe feel, and the front desk staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel smelled strongly of marijuana most of the time we were there. Also, the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly - sticky counters and floor, uncleaned microwave and frig, the pullout was disgusting. If the staff took better care of some issues, it could be a nice place to stay, but I’m not sure we would stay there... read more
