All of the staff were very nice. The little things that went wrong (like the key card only being good for a day at a time for the first couple of days) after the second day, we asked why it was happening, and it was explained that it was new hire training issue and promptly fixed.
Great stat I arrived late and was greeted with a smile! Not a great selection for breakfast, but I wouldn’t have expected it for the price. i would most definitely stay here again! Great hotel!

Friendly personnel, nice big room but some broken furniture. Clean quiet but elevator and hallway dirty. Also something hot for breakfast would've been nice even if it were just oatmeal.
plenty of resturants near the hotel. and not far from Cleveland Clinic. the clerk when we first got there was very nice after him not so much. and the phones went out and stayed out
