This hotel was and is beautiful it looks just like the wed site shows it I was ABSOLUTELY HAPPY WITH MY STAY I WILL BE MAKING THIS HOTEL MY PLACE TO STAY WHENEVER I COOME TO CLEVELAND A D I WILL RECOMMENDED IT TO ALL FAMILY FRIENDS AND MEMBERS OF MY CHURCH
No shirt . . Still service !! Nice quiet place to stay. Room was clean, service very professional. ONLY problem was breakfast, when a customer walks into the breakfast area with NO shirt on and the staff says nothing . . . . Wow what times we live in. Was it because they where afraid to say something? Too lazy to say something? Or just didn’t care ? Not sure but that was very unexceptionable.
Well kept hotel, unfriendly welcome. The hotel was clean and well kept. The lady at check-in was not friendly or welcoming at all she acted as if I were a nuisance. She had an accent and is blonde. Other than that our stay was good. I would highly recommend soft close doors because the people surrounding us did not know how to stop slamming the doors!
