Comfortable and clean Very roomy, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. Only critique is that the shower was a tight fit and we kept hitting our elbows on the grab bar.
Nice, simple hotel with a super-comfortable bed The hotel was nice, but not anything spectacular. It’s starting to show its age, compared to others in the area. Things were pretty clean but there were stains on the sofa and carpet. We ended up covering the sofa with a towel to sit on. This hotel was excellent. The building and the room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The food and refreshments stand was acceptable too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
GREAT!! We got there and were greeted by staff who was very friendly. The room and lobby was very clean. We got free breakfast and a pool!
Spacious, well equipped rooms. Usual high carb breakfast but there was hard boiled eggs.
Nicely laid out room. Very disappointed in the free breakfast; for what I paid, limited breakfast items, no: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns.
Super Clean First check in the woman was so nice the room was so clean and spacious! Housekeeping was leaving the area and was very friendly too. The whole thing was great will continue to stay here every time I come to Cleveland for treatment
