You billed me when I got to hotel and was turned away. I was told there was nothing in my name it had been cancelled. I will be filing a BBB complaint and a complaint with police and with attorney general. You stole my money.
Tv was not working in the room . Room floor was very dirty. They does not have HOT breakfasts.

I booked for 10 nights After a week I asked for a cleaning. I asked two times at the desk. I was assured I was scheduled. Then promised it would be done on Monday after it wasn’t done. I talked with the manager and he had no idea or explanation for me. He said he would take care of the problem but never did. My room was never cleaned. No fresh towels or linens. I too trash out 3 times. Never had such experience in 60 years of travel. This is surely a NO STAY brand

Room was comfortable. Bathroom lighting is poor. Expedia has totally screwed EVERYTHING up!!

We had to wait for 10 min when we got there for the front desk staff to check us in. The free “breakfast” was just packaged muffins and I had to ask to brew more coffee so I had to come back. It was clean but not the best place I’ve stayed at.
Check out and refund policies are garbage! This place is awesome if you’re in the area. However, the reason I gave my star rating is due to their refund policy. I was originally planning on staying two days however logistics require me to be somewhere else after the first day I was told because I booked through Hotels.com or via their app, I was not able to cancel my reservation even though I was not staying at the hotel and was going to check out early.
