Property breakfast was very limited and sparse. Beds were comfortable. Never used internet. Location was fairly close to airport. Obviously new property. Shower was completely clogged. Staff said no maintenance available so I took the shower head off myself to unclog, it was filled with plumbers putty. Staff were unhelpful and rather distracted. They didn’t seem very interested in helping.
The shower was difficult to work along with the toilet kept stopping up
They are short cleaning staff to the point that the front desk staff is cleaning rooms.
Disappointed Door to my had insulation coming off. Light from hall was not blocked. Coffee was too weak. I wish there was more breakfast variety. There was a spider and another unknown bug. Of course the elevator broke. Staff was nice.
I liked everything except noise oroblems all night. I am thinking that the building is not well made. You can hear other doors closing, noise from upstairs. If you are sensitive of sleeping, it will be a problem. I couldn't sleep. Also, it is located very near to a small airport. Also, water light for fire flashed from ceiling. It was another reason that I couldn't sleep.
We called before checkin spoke with jazmine, however you spell it confirmed the booking explained itnwould be a late landing for us told it was okay drove over an hour to be told they dont see our name gave them the info and showed them spike with my agent who booked it everything was good on my end the hotel failed us
