Booked room for 3 people. The front staff were not professional, even slightly rude. Went to room on 4th floor, only 2 towels, nothing in the kitchenette to use at all - thought that was strange. Called for a third towel and was told they’d try to get someone to get me one… um what?… received the towel about 20 mins later. No complaints in that part. Went to leave the next morning and elevator is out of order. Had to take 4 flights of stairs 3 times with bags and a toddler. And waited in line for 20 mins for someone to check... read more

A good place to stay. We found arge spacious rooms that were clean and odor free. We were impressed with this. Breakfast is "grab and go" so the food selection was slim. Both urns of coffee were regular blend, no Decaf. Overall, a good place to stay.

Not much of a breakfast.
Nice room, but... It was a good stay. I needed a clean place to sleep for the night. It was definitely clean. I use a cpap when I'm sleeping and had the worst nights sleep. The outlets that were available didn't work or were blocked by the bed. I ended up unplugging a lamp so I could sleep for rest of the night. I could have gone home. An otherwise nice room, but I only got 4 hours of sleep due to the non working outlets.
