This property is located next to I-95. There is no barrier between the highway and the hotel. We called the front desk several hours before check in to confirm we had a room. We did this because we expected to arrive extremely late and it was race weekend (Daytona 500 Race Weekend). The front desk informed us they do not preassign rooms, but we had a room. The desk staff didn’t always know what was happening. There probably should be protocols written if the power goes out and the smoke alarm goes off for extended time. That happened and then no hot water in the morning (not happy!), I guess an accident caused the power outage, but there should have been some explanation/update.

Stayed twice due to work extension and loved both rooms. Kitchenettes were amazing and comfy beds. Water pressure could be better but still great shower and clean linens

Nice queen room with a lazy boy chair! (that's rare!) Area around the bed is quite small. Great kitchenette, but only one chair at the table. Perfect for one person, not so much for 2 (unless you eat out all the time). Very clean. The "free breakfast" is composed of only 4 things : coffee, pre-packaged muffins, pouches of instant gruel, and gelatinous yogurt. That's it. No joke. Don't come here for the "free breakfast"... Fortunately we had our own food, so it was fine.
