Staff is very friendly, checked in and went to our room but when pulled sheet down there was something from a previous guest that was made up with the bed. I called the front and they immediately changed our room and brought new keys to us, but not the best 1st impression.

Average Excellent location, close to 95 exit/re-entry. Customer service AAA. room and bathroom were clean but the floor was super dirty, walk without shoes for a moment and got bottom of the socks dark and floor was sticky. Air conditioner very loud but does the job. No ice machine available

Convenient to Cracker Barrel. Well lit parking lot. On screen Tv guide did not show programming. Live roach running around in the bathroom. Tub permanently stained. Tub faucet stripped making it difficult to adjust water temperature in unit 229!
