New clean hotel with poor service Hotel was clean, in a nice area. Breakfast was NOT breakfast. There was only 4 cups of yogurt, ONE muffin, granola bars and coffee. We stayed on a Wednesday night and I asked about late checkout for Thursday, the front desk told me that he could only do late checkout until 12 and there would be an additional charge. ????!!!!! Checkout was at 11, why would I pay the extra for an hour? There were no dishes in the room and three front desk guy had to hand me some with the coffee maker to take u... read more
