The GM is a most gracious, professional, hard working & concerned individual. We had a mishap upon checking in late night - this incident was adeptly & immediately corrected by the staff. The GM has assembled a very attentive team! My utmost appreciation to the staff for turning around, what could have been a most disappointing lodging experience ... into a stellar & most pleasant visit! Bravo!

Great experience Great experience. Only downfall I would say is we booked a non-smoking room due to allergies and upon walking into the room it had a strong smoke smell. Would definitely stay again! Friendly staff and very accommodating!

The staff at the front desk was almost never there... my husband waited down at the desk for a solid 10 minutes waiting to talk to someone and no one was around. He walked back up to our room, called from our room, and someone popped right up. Maybe people shouldn't be hiding in the back room in case someone wants to chat? :) Other than that the place was nice! We had a room that was smoking week across the hall from us, but that's nobody's fault really.
