Asked if someone could just refresh our room and was told no because you had to stay a week or longer and that they had to many rooms to clean every room and all I wanted was my bed made and trash removed

Accomodating! They kindly let us stay in the first room when we had to extend our stay, instead of moving to the second room I had booked ( same room not available at the time of booking). It had a sofa AND 3 chairs in the room, impressive!

Trip to Lakeland Our third time staying here. Comfortable clean rooms,plus a good breakfast.

Hot water is an expectation Upon checking in I needed to freshen up for my family reunion. I took a shower in luke warm water. I told the hotel desk about this condition and she informed me that maintenance would look into it by the next day. I checked again the next day, there was no improvement. I was offered a new room but didn’t accept due to time constraints. Probably book elsewhere for next year’s reunion

Hotel was OK but needs upgrade inside. The customer service was great at check-in but not so good at check-out. The breakfast was horrible except the pancakes.

The place was OK the bedroom had a office fluorescent light on the ceiling service to take away trash from rooms poor, the in room kitchenette has stove but no pots nor pans, I had to go to the front desk to get coffee for the in room coffee maker, and breakfast could have had more healthy choices ie fresh fruit.

I love the location, very close to restaurants and other activities for the kids. Breakfast was great minus the misbehaved kids throwing food everywhere like they're animals but i don't blame them its the parents fault. Besides that i love coming and here and my 2 yr old loves the pool.
