The staff are always friendly and helpful. Always a pleasant stay and our favorite hotel to stay at when we come to Lakeland.
The staff was amazing. Has evacuated here due to hurricane clean hotel, convenient to interstate, Restaurants and shopping.

A great value for the room size, cleanliness and customer service. Only complaint was that the elevator was really slow and it made some unsettling noises when it stopped on the 4th floor.
Muy buen hotel, muy limpio, acogedor buena localización, el servicio súper. Lo único incómodo fue el colchón para mi, muy duro. Pero lo demás excelente.
