This place is amazing from the nice employees to the guest to the clean rooms just like a home away from home I love it there

The reservation process through hotels.com Was not consistent as it had been in the past having said that the check in crew corrected that but talked too fast about dishes etc

Air conditioning controls didn’t work properly and was noisy. Guests upstairs made loud noises until after midnight, despite calling front desk twice.
