When I walked in now hotel, front lady was looking down and said no word to me when I stood in front of her. Then telephone rang, she picked it up totally ignored me. She carried her conversation no intent to hang up or acknowledge me.

Great customer service. Room was clean and common areas as well. 3rd time staying here and my experience has been great.
