The property was difficult to reach due to heavy construction - had a hard time finding the driveway. There was a dead bug on the counter near personal items the morning we were leaving.

This is the second time that we have stayed at an Extended Stay in Melbourne. We found the room to be clean, comfortable, and convenient. We especially appreciated the full fridge/freezer and the kitchen area. Our only real criticism is that the continental breakfast was sparse, with nothing available for the first several days of our stay and only six tiny yogurts in the mini fridge at a time for the rest. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were kind and helpful.

Not what was advertised The room was decent enough. There was a funky odor that we could not get rid of even with an air freshener. I understood there was supposed to be a free breakfast until 9 or 9:30. We went down around 8:45 and there was nothing but a few granola bars. I went to the desk to inquire but as I noticed most of the time there was no one there and no response when I rung the bell. I chose this hotel because of the reviews and decent price.
