The unfriendly hostess made it very clear that I am not to ask any questions before 3.00 check in. The AC is no good. It turns on the cool then the heater turns on to heat. Very frustrating

Second stay for us at this hotel. We will stay here whenever we are in the West Melbourne area. Clean and quiet. Convenient washer and dryers. Friendly staff.
Everything was good other than the free breakfast. A few granola bars, and if you're lucky, there might be a few mini muffins available. What a joke that was. Also, couldn't get into gym room. Room key didnt open the door
