Me and my family stayed at the property for one night because we were cruising out of the port of miami. the staff were friendly (especially Nora) she helped us with anything that we needed & even gave us some good coffe shop recommendations. The cleanliness does need to be improved a little especially in the bathrooms. Another con is that we were told there was breakfast included but when we went there was nothing but a yogurt

the property was decent for the price. was convenient to where we needed to go and had nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
