Very friendly staff
In the lobby, both hand sanitizer dispenser were empty. The breakfast included doesn't exist. We were told that they were going to put in a mini table yogurt, muffins, cereals bar, coffee but there were 3 muffins and one cereal bar. Thats all. There is a highway that crosses the parking lot, so it is very noise during the night. And there is a construction right next to the parking too. Beds were okay, room was spacious.
Convenient and comfortable A clean, comfortable stay convenient to downtown Miami and the cruise port. For the price, breakfast should have been better.
Should improve room cleaning.
Completely surprised that they renovated the property including the room. They literally changed everything in the rooms. Although opening the door was kinda of loud when opening and closing. Either way I do plan to comeback to the hotel again.
