Me gusto la ubicación, la habitación cómoda, lo que no me gusto es que en los 11 días que estuve hospedada no hicieron la limpieza ningún día, dicen que por COVID pero deberían de limpiar aunque sea cada 3 días

This location is okay. But you have to ask for EVERYTHING like a silverware, plates, cups, etc... this might be due to COVID but it wasn't clear on why there was NOTHING in our room. The front desk was always busy or no one was there so you had to wait for EVERYTHING

Rudimentary WiFi service was very poor. Could not stream anything. Even basic e mail access was very slow. Would need to pay an up charge to get faster WiFi service. Room decor was unattractive and very basic. No coffee available in room or in lobby. No daily maid service.
