The property location was good and check-in was good but the room was not cleaned very well and the breakfast left something to be desired.

Ideal location
Clean room, friendly staff. Very clean. All staff I met were friendly and helpful. Basic, functional room. No frills but very clean and it was fine for me.
My check in was quick. Lynn was very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. This is a very nice place to stay. I will stay here again when in the area, it was also very close to the airport.

Ok for an overnight but otherwise "meh" For the price, very subpar. Felt like a cillege dorm room with a queen bed. Front desk staff ae to hide in the back unless you ring bell. Has to ask to be let in to lobby restroom and was asked to lock it again upon exit. IKEA like furniture. Linens were surprisingly okay, rhough. "Included breakfast" is just grab-and-go instant oatmeal, granola bars, and yogurt and coffee or tea. Nothing hot or fresh. If it weren't for our need to be in Sanford I wouldn't stay here.

Great, clean place with nice staff and easy access. The only downside was that we had our pet with. The pet friendly policy is different at this hotel in that we had to use the stairs and couldn’t take the elevator. Also, our dog wasn’t allowed in any common areas. This is different than any other hotel that I have stayed in with my dog.
