The property was clean. The room was spacious. Front desk was amazing and friendly. Coffee is not available after breakfast. No coffee maker in room. No hair dryer in room but, furnished one at the front desk upon asking. The room could use a rug to make it feel less vacant.
very nice people and its nice that the room has big fridge, microwave and a stove.

Its good for a traveller but i felt a little insecure. Barely saw the employees.

Worked for us Well located to reach all in greater Orlando area. Breakfast was only muffins coffe and yogurt but it was fine. Lots of restaurants nearby.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and needs such as more tp was taken care by the front desk. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Well above average I typically avoid Extended Stay America as most seem to be rated at 6.5. This one had high ratings and after staying there, I can see why. Very clean, new, no creepers hanging around the parking lot. I’d stay again.
No breakfast!! Hotel is clean. However, the beds are a metal platform with a medium quality mattress. There is no breakfast, so BYOB (Bring your own breakfast) unless you think coffee and some fig bars are breakfast. They charge a $100 hard deposit (not an incidentals hold) No carts available to carry your stuff to room.
