Amazing Stay The staff was amazing!! They are helpful and the Suites are modern and clean. I am always greeted by name, the staff already knows my room number. Fantastic place to stay!
Appearances can be deceiving The room appeared to be clean and had everything you needed. My plane was very late and the front desk accommodated my late arrival. But There were bugs and cockroaches in the room. I was too tired to do anything about it!

Everyone very friendly and willing to help. Very comfortable. Would have liked maybe fresh fruit at grab and go breakfast but still fine.

Very Average It was an average stay . Pros: - spacious room - Tv available - comfortable bed - nice shower - kitchenette Cons: - there was some type of pink substance on my tv remote - there was an odd smell through the hotel and my room - the tv quality was low definition - the snacks were limited and expensive

Front desk staff was rude and asked my partner for an ID. The booking was under my name why did she have to show her id on the 2nd night of stay. She tried to treat us like a prisoner. She is from the hood so she think she could treat people the same way. My partner got in a heated argument with the staff and the manager told me that I am banned from extended stay for good. I am going to file with bbb.org and my congress man. I will see you in court.
