Very noisy if you don’t wake up by 6 AM. My room was near the street. I suggest getting one on the backside of the building. Room was clean, smelt like cigarettes and perfume but common areas dirty. Front desk customer service was dull. This is my 4th time staying at this franchise and it was my worst experience

A little hard to find, hiding behind a Best Buy and Walmart. Check-in was fast, staff very friendly. Rooms are very clean. Despite close proximity to the interstate and airport it's very quiet
Good stay It was good
Room had desk chair on wheels on tile floor; Spouse fell on 10/12/2023 rm 417 due to faulty chair moving out from under hit head and back. Called 911 - has concussion and spinal fracture. Informed front desk. May seek legal action. Medical evaluation still in process.

Unplanned trip to Fla. Overall this was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The mattresses were very comfortable, The appliances were in good condition. No noise from other guests.. Staff very courteous. The only negatives are confusing driveway entrance (you have to go thru Best Buy parking lot) and breakfast: not so great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
