Our room was very clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The afternoon staff was kind enough to let us check in a bit earlier as our room was ready and we had been drenched in a downpour while visiting a zoo. Also the guest laundry was a plus.
Our experience was very good. Room and hotel was clean. Nice to have an in room full size refrigerator and a desk to work at. Staff was friendly.

Clean room and friendly staff. Amenities were sparse and breakfast was very limited.

Worth booking Served it’s purpose, clean room and very up to date. Minimal staff which alright depending on how you look at it. The only negative is there is only 1 elevator. There were a few times where it was taking so long for the elevator that I just took the stares. Also the only way to enter is through the BestBuy entrance right next to it. All in all it was worth booking
Very pleasantly surprised! Was looking for an affordable place to stay at the last minute and was traveling south for work with a family member. Found this place listed on hotels.com and decided to give it a chance despite some mediocre reviews. (I have stayed at some ESA properties before and haven't been impressed...) Hotel is fine. Works for a quick biz trip. Hotel was fine. Staff were very nice. I did get woken up at 3 am when my neighbor came home but not the hotel's fault. Would be nice to have a bit more selection at breakfast.
The room is very clean, looks as if it was recently remodeled and it’s very quiet. The staff woman who checked me in was professional, friendly and very thorough.
