Never again. The fact that we waited forever for some one to check us in and it was 1:00 in the morning. The amount of time it took for us to get checked in we could have went to our room showered and laid down. Not adding there were no accommodations made for the wait. We still had to get up and GET OUT. Shower was filthy. Floor had pet hair everywhere. The ac screamed allllll night long The bed was comfortable that was it. Nothing else that night literally. No more no less.

Bad I reserved a room through this app and 15 minutes later , I arrived at the hotel with my confirmation number. To be told the I missed my check in and that my room was not available bc I didn't check in at 3 pm but I didn't make the reservation til 1:30am. After her telling me I had to pay for another room.an hour and A half I finally was able to get into my room.. Cleanliness and the comfort

Just average. The breakfast was terrible. When we checked out, we went through a fast food joint to get a more complete meal. The king suite met our needs. It gave us a little privacy while being comfortable for our 17 year old son.

We stayed only 1 night so we survived, but for an "extended stay" facility we found it lacking. While the room had a kitchenette with nice appliances (fridge, cooktop, microwave) there were no utensils, dishes or pots/pans, etc. These items may have been available for an extra charge, but really? The most disappointing thing was the abysmal "breakfast" that was advertised. Just a so so hotel Not in a good location and the room was noisy, off the street. Also make note that this is a pet friendly hotel and the people smoke and congregate off the front door with their dogs and poop in various areas in the front of the hotel ( careful where you walk). Most time the staff is out front smoking and sitting on the picnic table talking with the other people. Would not staff here again, not my type of environment. Never had it and its just package snacks, bars, pastries?

The people were pleasant but the facilities need a very good cleaning! It was not properly cleaned at all! Hair in the bathroom sink of a man and a woman! The shower glass had clearly not been wiped in quite some time, also hair in the shower on the walls! The property itself self was not run down or old good location
