The staff was nice. The room was clean. We had a non-smoking room but the room wreaked of cigarette smoke and clung to our clothes and luggage

For the price, it was well worth the stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, we will stay again when in the area.

Clemson football game We came to PIttsburgh for the Clemson Pitt football game. We just needed a room for the night and ESA was perfect. Barbara at the front desk was very nice when we arrived.

This is not the Hyatt that it used to be I would just say this hotel was…okay. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and not once did housekeeping come. The elevator is very, very slow. We stayed on the third floor and it smelled weirdly of quesadillas/old food. Our room was clean though. It was just an okay stay.
