Through no fault of the facility, power was lost in the middle of the night, which created a difficult situation, since one of the party was on an oxygen concentrator. Thankfully power was restored fairly quickly. Aside from that, the property was clean, relatively quiet, and convenient for our needs.

We understand the importance of rest and relaxation, but an outside the building a 3-hour power failure was not in the cards. Unfortunately, we did not have a manager on duty at 5:45am and the front desk Care Ambassador was helping guests with their power issues in their rooms at the time you came down. A/C and the refrigerator was noisy. and the place had scheduled Maintenace in the middle of my stay. just so happens, I did end up leaving that day though.
