The property is great, but there is much homelessness and heavy drug use around the area, making it not so much family-friendly, but the price was fair so I can not complain much.
The rooms smelled if we didn't have the restroom vents opened. I won't consider this hotel as non-smoking. The breakfast had very limited choices.

This place was a little run-down. The light at the bedside kept flickering.
All in all we had a good experience
Check in was slow, keys had to be rekeyed, otherwise ok. Area just ok
Hotel and staff are great! The area around the hotel is marginal but nothing negative happened and I’ve stayed in this area for the last four years and nothing has ever happened. There is a new food truck park adjacent to the hotel and had a great lunch and dinner one of the days I was there. Dinning otherwise in not walkable but there is good dinning within 15 minute drive.
