Only Good Experiences A lot of people wandering around the property and the adjacent area has lots of house less people. But I love the location whitcj is close to my families homes.

Upon arriving/checking in at about 6:45pm, I waited for a good 10 minutes for the front desk person to show up. There were 2 people waiting in line already, one of them said the front desk person was gone for half hour. I was put on the second floor in a room near the elevator facing the lobby. At night I could hear people talking loudly in the lobby. On the other side of the room, I could hear people talking loudly downstairs from the window side. Breakfast is quite simple, I didn't eat too much. It's convenient, but not really for breakfast.

Great hotel! The room is very clean, nice and comfy. There is also a small kitchen which is very convenient to heat up food. It had everything we needed. Staff is very friendly.

The room was not swept, there was still crumbs on the floor and counter. Why advertise breakfast included? I was disappointed that they only had coffee, granola bars, mini muffins. There was many homeless people outside.
