The shuttle drive Olivia!! Was great, she let us know where everything was and all the staff including Olivia always said hello, and greeted us i matter what time of night it was! (We came in late often) I would definitely stay here again and I even look forward to it! I hope all the best westerns have people as nice an courteous as them! Also the breakfast was the bomb!

Excellent Enjoyed our short weekend stay at this hotel. Location is very convenient—near PDX airport, grocery area and food places. Most of all very close by to University of Portland where we did a campus tour with my daughter. We had the best view from our room where we can see the different colors of leaves during this fall season. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is always clean when we return from being out all day. Breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely stay at this hotel again😊

Close to everything. Pillows were hard It was close to down town

Thank you william for letting us know about your stay. It is great that you enjoyed our location but am sorry you had issues with the pillows in the room. We are working on some upgrades for 2019 and will see if we can get a pillow option for guests that want a different style.
