Meh The hotel was okay. Nothing special. The shower sucked horribly. And the refrigerator never got cold. I would recommend staying somewhere else if you have the money. It was too far from Portland and not in a very good neighborhood. I would not recommend.

Great Stay. High recommended. Did a road trip with the family. I am a big Hyatt Place fan but they we’re all booked for the evening. We decided to give Best Western a try due to the reviews. We were not disappointed. I would give this place all excellent but during our stay the front desk person was not too friendly. In addition, the conjoined room we stayed in had a petruding nail that existed between the door carpet floor. One of the adult walked on it and get hurt from it. Looks great on the outside, not so inside This is a seemingly updated hotel, though unfortunately the updates are very selective. We were wow-ed by the modern lobby, but stepped into a room that reeked of old socks as the carpets hadn’t been redone. Washroom shower heads likewise showed it’s age, and the toilet pipes were leaking onto the floor. and cultured caveman (paleo restaurant so close by everything is easy there, well located, great breakfast, and nice clean place.

Excellent value for $$ The room was clean, up to date, no smell of any kind, bed was firm and comfy. Will say pillows could have been firmer, but that’s a small quibble. Breakfast was superbly organized with something for every palette. It was 15 minutes before the end of breakfast but they were still bringing out small cheese omelettes and were happy to replenish English muffins when I asked. Staff was excellent.
